Committed to environmental issues, Manon Assier holds a Master’s degree in European and International Environmental Law, specializing in circular economy policies and public policy development, particularly at the European level.
With two years of experience in the field of circularity within Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes — particularly in the packaging and infectious healthcare waste sectors — Manon has acquired solid expertise in regulatory frameworks and policy implementation, both in France and at the European level.
Currently at Circulearth, she assists public and private stakeholders in understanding and structuring their circular economy policies. Her expertise covers European and international regulations and initiatives related to circularity, with a particular focus on packaging, textiles, EPR schemes, consumer information, and waste management. She conducts in-depth analyses, targeted research, and proposes strategic recommendations to help organizations anticipate and comply with regulatory changes.
In parallel with her consulting activities, Manon provides active regulatory monitoring in France and at the European level, as well as monitoring major trends in other European countries. She also designs and facilitates tailored training programs for various audiences — businesses, NGOs, institutions — to enable them to better understand current policies and integrate circular economy principles into their strategies.
