It offers a summary of our learnings and a contribution to the growing conversation on designing teams for the circular economy.  <\/p>\n\n<p>An article written by Lou Tamaehu-Plovier, founder of Circular Talent, echoing the reflections shared in this collective work.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Companies are preparing for the materials crisis by investing in the circular economy. Plans and strategies are multiplying, with roadmaps, targets and commitments emerging across all sectors. Yet when it comes to implementation, many organisations find themselves stuck. They know how to define the what and the why of circularity, but struggle to identify the who.   <\/p>\n\n<p>This report explores in particular:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>what a circular job is,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the key factors for transforming teams,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>how to move from strategy to structure to build circular teams,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a progressive approach to implementing these teams,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the crucial role of strategic upskilling,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and finally, conclusions and recommendations to support the transition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Through in-depth discussions with practitioners from various sectors and regions \u2014 HR managers, policy officers, project leads, and subject-matter experts \u2014 we explored what it really takes to bring circularity to life on a daily basis.<br\/>Our goal: to understand how to move from a state of paralysis to one of concrete action. <\/p>\n\n<p>This report does not offer a definitive answer.
